Marketing Information Management

We are now studying Market Information Management. This is simply getting info from your customers so they can help you make better buisness decisions. A focus group is a group of people that go out and get opinions on what the customers like. Today in class we had three rows of cups with three different sodas. We didnt know what soda was in which cup so we tasted them and tried to guess. We also did a questionaire on which soda we liked the best, how was the flavor, etc.. Then she revealed which sodas they were. I ended up liking the soda that was a knock off brand of coke. We also got crackers to.
